Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website. Here's what we've done and what we're still working on.

Our Approach

We're a small family-run business, not a tech giant with a dedicated accessibility team. But we take this seriously because everyone deserves to be able to find the information they need. We've built this site with accessibility in mind from the start, and we're always looking to do better.

What We've Done

  • The site works with keyboard navigation. You can tab through links, buttons and form fields without needing a mouse.
  • All images have descriptive alt text so screen readers can convey what's shown.
  • We use semantic HTML (proper headings, landmarks, labels) so assistive technology can make sense of the page structure.
  • Text contrast meets WCAG AA standards across the site.
  • The site is responsive and works on screens of all sizes, from mobiles to large monitors.
  • Form fields have proper labels, not just placeholder text.
  • We don't use flashing or strobing content.

What We're Working On

Accessibility isn't a box you tick once and forget about. There are areas where we know we can do better:

  • Adding more detailed descriptions to some of our technical specification tables
  • Improving screen reader compatibility with our interactive print cost calculator
  • Testing with a broader range of assistive technology beyond what we currently use

Reporting Issues

If you have trouble using any part of this website, we genuinely want to know. Tell us what happened, which page it was on, and what device and browser you were using. We'll do our best to fix it.

Standards

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We're not claiming perfect compliance because that would need a formal third-party audit, and we haven't done one yet. But it's the standard we build to and test against.

Alternative Formats

If you need any information from this website in a different format (large print, plain text, audio, whatever works for you), get in touch and we'll sort it out. We'd rather spend 20 minutes helping than have someone unable to access what they need.
