It depends on the machine and the term, but as a rough guide: entry-level A3 colour MFPs (25-30ppm) start around £40-£70 per month on a 5-year lease. Mid-range machines (40-45ppm) are typically £60-£120 per month. High-end models (55-65ppm) run £100-£200+ per month. On top of that, you'll pay a per-page charge, usually 0.3p-0.8p for mono and 3p-7p for colour, which covers all toner, maintenance and engineer visits. We'll give you a detailed breakdown before you sign anything.

Everything except the paper. You pay two costs: a fixed monthly lease for the machine, and a per-page charge that covers toner, servicing, engineer callouts, parts and labour. We monitor the machine remotely and send supplies before you run out. Both costs are agreed upfront and in writing. Some companies charge extras on top or bundle them in a way that hides the real price. We keep the two costs separate so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

No, we're not a print shop. We don't print brochures, business cards or posters. What we do is supply, lease and maintain photocopiers and multifunction printers for businesses. 'Managed print' means we manage your print setup: the machines, the toner, the servicing, so you don't have to worry about it. You do your own printing on machines we supply and look after.

Generally, a copier lease runs for the agreed term (usually 3 or 5 years). Getting out early usually means paying the remaining balance. Some suppliers make this difficult or expensive. With us, we're upfront about the terms from day one. If your circumstances change, talk to us. We'll work something out rather than hiding behind the small print.

Laser printers use heat to fuse toner onto paper. Epson's Heat-Free inkjet uses piezoelectric technology, no heat at all. The practical differences: Epson warms up instantly (6-second first page out vs 15-20 seconds for laser), uses up to 65% less electricity, produces up to 99% less waste (no fuser, no drum to replace), and has lower running costs. Print quality and speed match laser. The AM-C6000 does 60ppm. We sell both laser (Sharp, Develop) and inkjet (Epson), so we'll recommend whichever suits your situation.

PaperCut MF is print management software that we install and support. It tracks who's printing what (and how much it costs), lets you set rules to cut waste (like defaulting to mono and duplex), and adds secure print release so confidential documents only print when you authenticate at the machine. Works across all copier brands. It's particularly useful for offices with 15+ people, multiple copiers, or compliance requirements.

We average a 4-hour response time. Our engineers are in-house, not subcontractors, and they're based at our offices in Kent, London and Thanet. For most of the South East, we can get someone to you the same day. We don't define 'response' as 'we acknowledged your call'. We mean someone's on their way to fix it.

You'll actually speak to people who know your name. You won't get a different account manager every six months. When something goes wrong, you ring us and we sort it. No ticket systems, no call centres, no 'your call is important to us.' We're ISO 9001 and 14001 certified, so you get the quality standards of a big company with the personal service of a small one. And we won't give you the hard sell. If you don't need the top-spec machine, we'll tell you.

We supply all toner as part of the managed print agreement. It's included in your per-page charge. We monitor your toner levels remotely and send replacements before you run out. You should never need to order toner yourself, and you should never pay extra for it. If your current provider charges toner separately on top of a per-page charge, you're probably paying too much.
