The 361i steps things up with 36ppm print speed and the same 200 ipm duplex scanning. Same 6,650-sheet max capacity, same 10.1-inch touchscreen, same Konica Minolta build. The toner yields are decent too: 28,000 pages from the black, which keeps running costs manageable. If the 301i is just a bit slow for your team, the 361i fills the gap without a big jump in price.
